However, NFIC is entitled if it reasonably considers it to be necessary (including in order to manage its resources and pursue its policy of continuous improvement appropriately):
To only offer information in one format if the cost or number of requests for information in this format does not warrant additional money spending to produce this.
To signpost enquiries on to other organisation/ individuals if a query is not deemed relevant or appropriate for NFIC to respond to.
