Personal data (eg name, email address) is not stored or captured through the NFIC website without the prior knowledge and consent of users.
Continuous logs are maintained of the NFIC web server activity. Log files are used to analyse usage of the NFIC website, and may be kept in an anonymised form for historical records. Log files allow us to record visitor's use of the site to enable us to enhance the future layout of the site. The data we gather in this way does not contain any personal information or information about which other sites you have visited.
If you provide feedback on our website we will only use it to develop and improve the site. We will keep the actual feedback for six months after which it will be deleted but analysis of feedback may be kept.
If you email us to ask a question, report a fault etc, we will only use the personal data you provide to reply to your message. We do not keep this information, or share it with any third party unless you have consented to this or this is so permitted by law.
This privacy statement applies to centrally maintained NFIC web pages. If the user leaves this website and visits a website operated by a third party, NFIC cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which users have provided while visiting such websites.
